The Russellville High School Scholars' Bowl team consists of students in grades 9-12.  Scholars' Bowl tournaments consist of questions and answers on all topics of human knowledge including current events, mathematics, science, history, literature, and geography. Though any student may audition to join the team, scholars' bowl is typically an enrichment activity for gifted and talented students.  Participants benefit from studying a broad range of academic subjects, increasing memorization and study skills, and learning to work in teams. The game is typically played with a buzzer system between two teams of four players each. A moderator reads questions to the teams, and players endeavor to buzz in first with the correct answer.
