The RHS Student Council is chosen by the student body.  Each class elects officers and ten representatives to serve from their grade.  The elected members demonstrate outstanding leadership ability, above average grades, and high moral standards.  The Student Council is active in the decision/policy making for the school and support community service projects and public relations.  Service projects include freshman orientation, homecoming activities, and a t-shirt sale to benefit Relay for Life.  Sponsor:  Mrs. Swinney
