U.S. News & World Report released their list of best high schools on Aug. 29. Russellville High School was ranked 18 out of 386 high schools in the state of Alabama. This is the highest RHS has ever been ranked.
Today, we celebrated that state ranking with an assembly with special guests and refreshments for all our faculty, staff, and students.
A special thank you to our M100 Band and our RHS cheerleaders for performing this morning.
RHS also appreciates our lunchroom for making cookies and local churches for providing refreshments. Thank you Gateway Church of God (Sub-Zero Shaved Ice), Branches Church (drinks), and Russellville First Methodist Church (Krispy Kreme Doughnuts).
