Our Peer Helpers play an essential role in fostering a positive school environment by:

• Offering support and friendship to students who may feel isolated or need a listening ear.

• Promoting kindness and conflict resolution through peer mediation and daily interactions.

• Assisting new students with their transition to RMS, helping them feel welcome and connected.

• Encouraging positive behavior and participation both in and out of the classroom.
